This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at nipnude5@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
When will my order arrive?
Orders that require shipping within the U.K. will be delivered within two to four working days with our free standard shipping. Shipping to countries outside of the U.K. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns from our customers, therefore refunds are not provided. However if you believe you have recieved an incorrect item, you will be refunded without having to return your item. We aim to process refunds within 3 working days of our customers refund request. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

How do I know which colour to choose?
We have 4 nipple-cover colours to choose from. If you are finding it difficult to choose between 2 colours, we always recommend for our customers to choose the lighter colour.
How many nipple covers do I get in one pack?
You receive ONE PAIR of nipple covers in one pack. So One for your right nipple & One for your left
How long do the Nipple Covers last for?
Our Nipple-covers can be used up to 20 times. However our customers are normally impressed with how much longer they last for. It is Important to follow our take care tips to ensure durability.
Can I react badly to the adhesive?
Some adhesives are not recommended for those who have sensitive skin. We suggest testing the adhesive on your skin for 2-4 hours at least 24 hours before wearing the product. Do not use on cut, sore, burned, damaged, sun damaged or disordered skin, or if you currently have (or have family history of) skin depigmentation problems. Discontinue use if signs of rash or irritation appear, if irritation continues please consult your doctor.
